It was on April 5th that I became a full member of the ketogenic diet. I’m still the same weight as I was at the end of April. I’ve tried every keto supplement under the sun, yet I’m still being thrown out of ketosis due to a variety of factors. After the first time I ate a lot of carbs, I was unable to stop (eating too much salads). I overindulged in protein for the second time. The fact that I am not very good at eyeballing my meals and that I am also doing a lot of exercise makes me realize how much I need an effective meal plan to keep me on track. I’m losing hope because I’m not seeing any progress.
